We extend our deepest sympathies to those affected by the Heavy Rain Event of July 2020 in Japan.

(Headquarters: Tokyo, CEO: Haruo Naito, “Eisai”) announced today that it has decided to offer a donation of 20 million yen to medical associations and pharmaceutical associations in areas where damage is particularly extensive to support medical activities in the afflicted region. In addition, Eisai employees have been visiting evacuation centers and providing aid supplies such as anti-microbial spray and vitamin drinks.

Eisai sincerely prays for the rapid recovery of the afflicted region.
